I remember when this was pretty much the only dinner-time eating locale in Roseville, pre-Galleria, pre-Walmart. There’d be an hour-long wait on a friday or Saturday night for dinner. always loved the salsa and the fajitas and the margies.
Haven’t been to the Roseville locale in years, now.
I can kind of recall when we would drive past the huge field that was the Galleria area. Kinda crazy. I do remember how busy Chevy’s used to be though, for sure. It had a pretty big decline in quality but in recent years they seem to have pulled themselves somewhat back together.
