The large majority of respondents say no more chains (nationwide anyway, franchises like Beach Hut, Mikuni, etc. are local) so that’s how I’ll proceed. I’ve decided that should I end up at one and have my camera I’ll just do a quick photo-only post for it. Food photos are a big reason I decided to do this in the first place, and some people have mentioned to me that they like to see the photos, even if it’s a chain, so I think it’s a good compromise. And with that, up next I present in 3 photos: Hot Dog on a Stick. Tomorrow I’ll have Rose Garden Chinese Restaurant posted to get local again.
